        Under 16's         NTJFA   24:10   154   Def     NEFU    1:4   10

Our boys were completely overwhelmed by the run on game played

by the NTJFA. Our lack of weekly competition showed but the boys

tried their hardest. Bryton Mullins was awarded Best on Ground and

kicked the only goal. The others who were mentioned were Jesse Castle,

Nathan Pearce, Charlie Davis and Gerome Bramich among the better players.

         Seniors               NTFA (Div 2)   13:13    91   Def    NEFU   7:13    55

Our team was slow out of the blocks with many playing as individuals.

However half way through the second quarter the boys began to play

together as a team and won the third quarter four goals to three. Early

in the last quarter they got within 14 points but the game slipped away

as the NTFA showed some last minute dash. Our best player was

Nathan Croft with Nick Sutton in the play all day. Others were Dan

Kernan, Braidy Squires, Adam Dolting, Andy Whitmore, and Shaun

Cannon. Goal Kickers were Kade Dwyer 3, Tim Brown, Russell

Whitmore, Tim Crawford and Nick Sutton all one each.
